Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations: We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Deposit Forfeiture: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps us manage our schedule and compensate for the lost time.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will also forfeit their deposit.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance.
Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Please ensure you have a valid payment method available at the time of your appointment.
Deposit Requirements: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.
Service Guarantee
Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon. We will do our best to address your concerns.
Redo Policy: If you are unhappy with your service, you may request a redo within 7 days of your original appointment. Redos are subject to the discretion of the salon management.

Hygiene Standards: We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for our clients and staff. All tools and equipment are sterilized after each use.
Client Health: Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies that may affect your service. This information helps us provide the best care possible.

Children: Children are welcome in the salon but must be supervised at all times. For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to receive certain services.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the salon, with the exception of service animals.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Usage: Gift cards and vouchers can be used for any service or product offered at the salon. They are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refunds: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable. Please treat them as cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
Promotions and Discounts
Eligibility: Promotions and discounts are available to all clients unless otherwise specified. Some offers may have specific eligibility criteria.
Terms: Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined with other offers. They must be used within the specified time frame and are subject to availability.
Clothing Policy
Responsibility for Clothing: We are a high-traffic, colour-focused salon. While we take great care to avoid any damage to your clothing, mishaps may happen. We recommend that you do not wear anything of high value to your appointment. We are not responsible for replacing your clothes or providing a replacement value in case of any damage.
